2018 ELDORA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Rossburg, Ohio………All drivers planning to compete in this weekend’s #LetsRaceTwo event are required to fill out and turn in their 2018 Eldora Speedway membership application form.* Forms must be turned in to a USAC representative prior to getting on the track.* There is no fee.

I like the part on page 2 where you have to agree NOT to sue them and you MUST agree with every decision they make. Your only recourse is to appeal to a board of people they choose all the members to. So in effect they can screw you to the wall, play favorites to the max, make false claims about you and you are powerless to defend yourself... I don't think I want to go to Eldora anymore, especially after the tire testing debacle last year where they threw out 5 of the leading DLM's guys in the nation and refused to do retests or even share the actual findings from their lab. No I think I'll go elsewhere, lots of dirt in this country and many, many tracks too.
