Did anyone make it to this show a few weeks ago? I wanted to go, but I was on call for work, so I was unable to make the rescheduled date. I am looking at possibly going to the World of Outlaws show there on the 27th. What did everyone think of the track? I was unable to find any video of anything there this year

Track was very good, facilities are top notch, concessions are a little higher but not too outrageous. l think this is the perfect venue to have a USAC Sprint / Midget doubleheader. It could become a great showcase in a major market in close proximity to the core teams.

Go to powri.com then videos and all of the speed weeks are there sprint and midget. Track is big, it was very rough, but you have to remember it was the first race in 10 years. Facilities are great, easy to get to and out of. We would go back there an race again.

Facility is grand. The grandstands are top notch and so is the parking, access (though a little of a maze) and the viewing. Track needs some work but that can be rectified with a little work. As Rico stated in podium interview they might look at putting tires on the inside of the turns to keep drivers from cutting the corner short and throwing loose dirt and reducing traction for everyone. Would return if was going to be in the area.

I put my video of the heat races up on YouTube. Just an iPhone, so not much use after dark.
