The Fairbury show in October will be good. Also those combo shows during midget week at Fairbury and Jacksonville. Nice for us Illini to get more non wing sprints.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU Fairbury American Legion Speedway. Finally after literally decades of nothing but fendered racecars we have an abundance of quality open wheel racing at arguably the best dirt racetrack in the state of Illinois. We long suffering Illini wingless open wheel fans now have several good quality shows to enjoy in addition to the regular POWRi events that are generally quite good in their own right.

The National USAC Midget shows at Mighty Macon and Springfield are even more icing on the racing cake for Central Illinois open wheel fans. For many years this part of the country was starved for quality open wheel action. I really hope we support the efforts of the people who have made this possible!! I promise we will!!
