How much interest would there be in forming a 1/4 midget club/group in southern Indiana? I was thinking maybe somewhere between Indy and Louisville. I would also like to see it be dirt based. If there was enough interest what would be the next steps to move this forward? From what I have read and heard about the 1/4 programs, they sure seem like a great way to grow new racers, and in my opinion, applicable to any kind of future auto racing for the participants. I would love to get my favorite kiddo into one of these but the drive to Indy will make it tough logistically.

Contact Jerry Coons at USAC, he's their director of .25 racing.
