Let me preface this by saying I know nothing about EFI...
My engines all buttoned up, oil and coolant filled, electronics hooked up; I put fuel in the tank and ran the pump until I got fuel coming out of the cracked AN fitting downstream to make sure it's primed, tightened that back up and attempted to fire it up (I'm bypassing the aftermarket oil pressure switch for now to eliminate that variable). When I turn on the power I'm hearing a noise from the intake (assuming it's "arming" the secondary blades?) and the pump. When I crank it over I get no spark and fuel is leaking out the primary injectors. I've checked the return line and some fuel is getting past both fuel rails to the bypass line running to the regulator. Fuel pressure gauge is reading 40psi when the pump is on, I can't really adjust it until I get it running, especially when fuel's dripping on my feet.
Any ideas? '09 Hayabusa (don't hate me), Rosson alky conversion.
