A track that played a major part in the earliest days of eastern midget racing is rising from the ashes, although perhaps only briefly. Hinchcliffe Stadium in Paterson, N.J. will be the scene of a vintage race car display on August 31st. Hinchcliffe operated in 1934 & 1935 as a 1/5 mile cinder oval and from 1939 - 1942 and 1945 - 1951 as a 1/5 mile paved oval. A great opportunity for our eastern members to get a glimpse of racing history. http://www.racerhub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15838
