5TH DMA MIDGET SEASON OPENS SATURDAY AT BEAR RIDGE

The fifth season of USAC Dirt Midget Association racing debuts Saturday at Bear Ridge Speedway in Bradford, Vt. and if the previous four years are an indicator it should be a competitive championship.

Adam Pierson became the third different series champion as he claimed the 2014 title with nine victories and two seconds in 12 starts! Nobody else was able to repeat as a winner with Scott Holcomb, Scott Viets and Jeff Champagne recording wins.

Pierson’s wins have placed him as the all-time series winner with 14 career triumphs. Two-time champ Joe Krawiec has seven wins and 11 different drivers have won in the previous 40 races.

The 13-race series makes its first appearance outside Bear Ridge when Albany-Saratoga Speedway hosts an August 28 race.
