Has anyone heard of proposed outlaw run sprintcar series?

i'd love hear from some sprintcar Drivers whether this will happen. or just rumour at present.

There is a proposed National Sprint League that is supposed to have Knoxville as its home track but Other tracks in the area are part of it like Husets etc. Supposed to run for big $$$ and Point fund and not interfere with Knoxville s major races and point fund so its possible for teams to run both.
