Watch as 12-time Gold Cup winner Steve Kinser makes one more run at victory in Chico as a full-time Outlaw. Kinser last won the event in 2005, and since then Joey Saldana, Kyle Larson and Jason Meyers have each won twice while Jac Haudenschild and defending series champion Daryn Pittman also earned victories.
