I just heard a commercial on WIBC for Gas City. This was the first time I ever heard the commercial. Think it is part of a series of commercials for Grant County. It's ashame that couldn't work things out in time for this Friday

Another option is the AMA motorcycles at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Always an entertaining show in my opinion.

Just for craps and giggles, im gonna take the top 40 in Bloomington Speedway points, and have me a little fantasy race. Drawing for heats, all results are done by blind draw, should be a good time. Ill make sure i post some results.

With the MTQRL-TQs @ Gas City cancelled this Friday, the King of the TQ Midgets are running Friday at Whitewater Valley Speedway with a probable uptick in the car count.

On edit I found this on the King of TQs Facebook group dated yesterday that contradicted the schedule:

"We will be at Whitewater valley speedway next Friday the 15th. They r off this week there was a little bit of a mix up. So we will be at Whitewater Valley Speedway next Friday Aug 15th. Then we will be at twin cities raceway park on Saturday August 16th. Sorry for the inconvenience please pass along the word."

So no TQ race at WWV this Friday. Sorry.

Thanks, Gregg, I don't do facebook, I get in enough trouble with IOW, I had kinda planned on going to WWV Friday night, but with the weather report being what it is, and my driver being kinda handicapped with a real job, I had decided to pass, but will be at Twin Cities on the 16th, tanks are full, just resting up! Thanks for the info! Bob
