One of the truly FUN events during ISW's is on tap again this year, and that is the ISW Bowling Tournament, held at the Brownsburg Bowl on Tuesday, July 15th @ 7 pm. This annual event is open to the public and your chance to see alot of the drivers who are competing in ISW relax and have fun for a night. Whether you decide to bowl with your favorite driver or just watch all the fun, this event put on by Sasha & Robert Ballou, is a huge charity fund raiser for "Courty Cares" (check it out on Facebook). This is your chance to see all your racing heroes relax and have fun, you can join in on the huge "Silent Auction", 50/50 drawing, racing trivia for prizes and tickets and much much more. Some of the drivers bring out their t-shirts for sale for those fans who don't get to their trailers to buy them. Either way, all free to get in, but always costs me to get out, last year i bought a a"special" Shane Cottle driving suit in the Silent Auction area. This is the "FANS" chance to meet the drivers, i hope alot of you take this opportunity to come out and support a great cause and shake the hand of one of your Heroes, but then, the next night, they all go back to battle at THAT. See you there, bob.

This is always a fun time. I wont be able to make it this year, but last year was a blast. I really hope the announcers on the first three nights of ISW promote this. It is a great event for an even greater cause.

Not my place, but i will add this post anyway, this event is always needing donations of racing items, t-shirts, your autographed old racing gloves, sheet metal, trophies, or even a drivers suit you no longer need. Use this event as a way to turn your old racing items into cash for this great charity. You can contact Sasha Ballou, Amy Coons or even myself to collect your items, or bring them out to the event that night. Thanks to all who can help or attend.

Also consider this as a great chance for your little race fans to get to meet and shake hands with their dirt track heroes. This promises to be a fun night, and once again, all for charity.
