Does someone make a billet fuel rail for a 06 R1? If not, I'm thinking of putting 2-6an inlets on the ends and eliminating the stock inlet and return ports since I have a boost/vacuum reference fuel regulator feeding it. Thoughts?

Marren injection sells rail by the foot. Sockets for injectors can be machined with 7/16 end mill you can tap 3/8" npt.for 6an fittings at the end of rail. He is also a lot of help in choosing injectors.

Thanks! The fit up on the throttle body was very tight. They were made for a customer who was having trouble purging the system with the stock rails.

The nice part is that by supplying fuel to both ends gives a balanced pressure across the whole rail. I've seen on a single inlet rail an injection pressure differential from the closest to the furthest injector almost 2-4 psi especially when the return / regulator is positioned in between injectors.

Check out Marren Injection. He makes a billet pulsation accumulator that fits on the end of the rail to do the same thing as the return line in keeping pressure equal all the way across the rail. That would screw up a lot of ill informed tec people.

You can use the stock rail with the steel or brass fittings but has to be silver soldered . You can't tig weld that stuff.
