I would think that by next year - Lawrenceburg will earn a higher spot on the list..
They are still getting a handle on the track -- with their dedication to greatness-- I think the track is destined for greatness -- too early right now -- takes time to get there... |

Tri-State has never disappointed me. The facility is outstanding (plenty of room in the parking lot for tailgaiting), we're always able to get a top row seat and the fans are really nice. The track is always well-prepped and the racing has always been outstanding, from the heat races to the feature!
I only made it to 5 shows, but in terms of watching an exciting race, I would rank them: 1. Tri-State 2. Bloomington 3. L'burg nite 1 4. L'burg nite 2 5. Gas City What made Lawrenceburg great was watching two local Bloomington-area drivers get wins....especially Bland with his first USAC win. He's an up and comer...someone to keep an eye on. :thumb

Was not able to make Kokomo, sounded like a good race. I would not rate Gas City as even a race.
1. Bloomington 2. Tri-state 3. Lawrenceburg-1 4. Lawrenceburg-2 5. Kamp |

Fortunately, I missed Kamp. Of the others, Kokomo was best by a straightaway, while Tri-State and Bloomington were within a car length of each other, with the two Lawrenceburgs a half straightaway behind and a car length from each other and Gas City being lapped.
1. Kokomo 2. Tri-State 3. Bloomington 4. Lawrenceburg 1 5. Lawrenceburg 2 6. Gas City I would rank the fans at all the shows as great. ISW gets a great bunch of people together. All of you are a very important part of what makes ISW the event it is. And drivers? We all know what great drivers we get to see, but lets give some recognition to the fans. Frank Daigh |

I can't believe anyone would rank one ISW race, let alone two, above Kokomo's show. Absolutely boggles the mind.
