I looked at your Hyper car at Waynesfield a few weeks back, nice ride.....I noticed the inboard brake was hitting the seat, have u resolved this issue?

Yes we mounted the seat a little different. I just put a 16.5" and still have room for a bigger seat.

$18500 is turnkey with a good 2010 r1 Spar Racing Engine.

Is it stage 1, 2 or 3 and does it come with a power commander and if so is it already tuned???

It has all fresh stock bottom end. Cams done, ecu tuned, power commander 5, viper header, Rosson alky injection package and Hyper dyno tune with wiring harness.
