I stay at the Super 8. AARP was under $50. Room was fine and very close to where I eat. It used to be the Coffee Cup and is now the Family Restaurant or something like that. The restaurant is right off Route 41 and a short block north of the Super 8.

We've stayed at the Super 8. Close to the track, Bob Evans & Starbucks. Very helpful staff. We had to cancel an On-Line Bargain (Non-refundable) reservation due to that Evil R-word. I figured my money was gone & that I'd be SOL. The clerk suggested we reschedule it for a different night. I told her we didn't know when we might be back to TH and she said she'd that OK, I'll list it as a Credit on a House Charge in your name. We used it the following May and will stay there anytime we're in town.

I too stay at The Super 8. Nice place. Plus you can go in the back gate and avoid the US41 traffic. Also just north of the motel is a Texas Roadhouse and a Tumbleweed restaurants you can get to without dealing with 3rd street traffic. And another plus is you can get to Honeycreek Mall via the back way and avoid Us 41 traffic.

Fairfield is excellent. I've got a rate of $90.00
including tax. About 1 mile to track.
Best Regards,
John
