gsxr 600 wont start after getting new harness

does anyone know what all has to be hooked up to make this work on a mini

i have the whole harness ecm and rectifier i think all the little relays. it will crank but no fire. thought it might be the ecm but i hate to buy one not checking every other possibility first. someone said something aBOUT a tip sensor but idk

You've got two options with the tip over sensor, you can't just remove it. The motor will not start without a signal from this sensor. There's a way to silicone a couple of resisters in the plug, which does the trick, or you can open up the sensor itself and silicone the switch full. Make sure the sensor is centered when you glue it all together. Here are web sites addressing both options:
