Again, I see tracks scheduling against each other. I just saw that the next event at JRS Raceway Park goes against the WoO race at Kokomo. I can't believe the management at JRS would allow this to happen. Tracks need to work together. I realize its probably a weekly Mod show at JRS, but still. It's just the point.

Hey Corndog if you think it's so easy to schedule/promote races in the RC industry by all means have at it. JRS went ahead and scheduled it for a Tuesday so we wouldn't interfere with the WOO race although it got mixed up in the last post for results. We would love to have you promote the next event or maybe we can get a house car for you to run :-) We would really enjoy you to come out instead of being a keyboard jockey and telling the hard working guys at JRS how to promote. Heck it's even free to come out and watch so hopefully we will see you tomorrow

Thanks
Mr. Happy

Mr Happy- Please respect Jerry's comments. He's one
of the greatest to ever jump into a non wing Midget-Sprint
or Champ Dirt Car.
Best Regards,
John

The O'Connor's being the great people they are, were more than willing to move their event to Tuesday night so as not to conflict with JRS, but said we had to call WoO's to confirm.
So we called WoO headquarters to see if anything could be done?
Turns out, that after their race last night in Michigan, Steve, Sammy, and their respective families had rented a lake cottage together, along with jet ski's for all, and a pontoon boat. The actual owner of the cottage was not willing to refund their deposit if they ended their sojurn, a day early.

So if your going to blame anyone about the conflict, that btw was reported correctly and we will suck it up and race Tuesday night, blame those 2 party animals Steve & Sammy, and that greedy cottage owner!

I'm crushed that Sammy didn't invite me to do a little jet skiing. Im glad the JRS management came to their senses, or they need to speak to their news department about getting their press releases correct as to not cause such an uproar. Cale and I are currently working on some adapters for his John Deere so that he can prepare the track to Tracy's liking (without adding pavement). I'm currently working on a business plan for a 24 hour enduro race. Kind of like the 24 hours of Eldora.

Hey, you'll ruin the boy if you prep him for the 24 hours of Eldora. I was at the last one there, the 24 Hours of the 4 Crown. He'd be hard pressed to go back, after going through it.

If you want Cale to learn John Deere and track prep, send him Tom Helfrich's way. He knows about both.
