chassis identification help please!

I bought up a sprint car deal last saturday, and the owner stated it was a Maxim. He had bought it from someone else, and he was a relative newcomer to sprint cars.
After sending some pictures to Dan at Maxim, and looking for any serial numbers, we have come to the conclusion that its NOT a Maxim. The chassis has some unique items that should make it identifiable if you all can help:
1. Its a 85/39
2. It has a unique over the head roll bar assy.
3. the rear torsion bars are stacked
4. Its a NON-raised rail
5. The rear torsion bars angle up towards the RR by approx. 2-3"
6. The LR shock mount is higher than the RR.
7. Finally, there is a stamped tag on the steering cross bar that is about 8" long that has all kinds of warranty and liability disclaimer information on it.

We beleive someone added the forward wing mounts and the Maxim radiator tabs after the fact, and re-powder coated the chassis.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!

Sprint12, thanks for your assistance. I was able to track down the original owner, and he told me it was an Avenger chassis. I then contacted Avenger, and they sent me some basic information on my "slant-stack" chassis.
If anyone else out there runs one of these chassis, I would like to hear your opinions and maybe some set-up thoughts.
Thanks!
