torsion arm length

Can someone give me the formula to figure the arm lengths change on bar rate?

Try Gary Schroeder Enterprises, the torsion bar man, he has on his web site a method for figuring out how much changes, I could tell you my system, but I'm sure one of us would get confused! Bob
