Looking for sprint car driving opportunity

My name is Chris Fisher from Festus, MO and I'm interested in a driving opportunity for some upcoming races at Clay County or at the Gold Crown at Tri City Speedway. I am thinking about getting rid of our Late Model to go non wing racing next year, and would like to try and get in one to see if that's what I really want to do. If interested we can talk more about my racing backround and anything else you would like to know about me via facebook, phone, or e-mail.
Thank you for your time Phone #: 314-620-8829 E-mail: f5motorsports@gmail.com Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/chris.fisher.3532 |

He's right.
Almost everyone who has offered straightforward advice on this subject ends up finding out new things about themselves, their mothers and things like that. BUT Because I haven't taken my turn on this subject lately AND Because your screen name looks vaguely familiar, I will engage. Don't waste your time here. Go to the track. Talk face to face, man to man. Look for the one that is for sale. If you're looking to get in this should be a no brainer. The owner will probably be more likely to help you out if it helps him out. Note:Empty pockets will not get far. Plan accordingly. Of course you can always go back and scour for threads similar to yours and see what others have to say. There are plenty. Go to a sprint car driving school. Not all that expensive and you can determine if you like it or not.
Here are links to a couple of them. Cory Kruseman Driving School Smiley Sitton Driving school Cory's is mostly non-wing sprints and midgets. Sitton's is mostly wing sprints .

I appreciate all the words of wisdom. Ya I was thinking that I should go talk to people face to face before I posted on here but I thought I would just give it a shot. Thanks
