Congrats to Shawn Westerfeld!!

Finally gets win #1 at Lawrenceburg Speedway after years of great runs, near misses and disappointments.

Shawn led at the start and withstood a challenge from the always speedy Justin Grant, was passed by Joss Moffatt in the mid-stages of the race only to regain the lead a few laps later. The final six laps or so Shawn pulled away, never to be caught.

Great to see some new faces grab win #1 here. First Logan Hupp, then last week C. J. Leary and finally Shawn Westerfeld. Hope we get a couple more first timers before seasons End.
