Like the other thread so much (some folks had some awesome ideas); I decided to start this one.
FANTASY If you could build your own "DIRT / CLAY" track how would you do it?? Track Name? Track Location (City / & State)? Track Size? Divisions Racing Weekly? What Would The Payouts Be For Each Weekly Division? Special Touring Series Racing At The Track? General Admission Prices? Pit Pass Prices? Track Times (Pit Gates Open, Grandstand Gates Open, ect..)? Food Options At The Concession Stand? Beer Options At The Track Beer Garden? Miscellaneous Notes (Grandstand Capacity, Parking, Pit Area, ect..)?

Track name: Chevrolet Race Dome
Location: Fremont, In. where I-80 & I-69 meet Track Size: 1/4 mile dirt Divisions: Sprint cars & midgets The place will have a dome on it. Will race all year long. Draw the best racers in sports during the winter time for open wheel mayhem. Sprint cars & midgets will be the headliners and have 1 or 2 division shows, but the late models and any other groups can stop in during the week in the winter to keep the place busy. It will have seating all the way around, but instead of a race track in a hockey rink it will be built for auto racing with systems built in to get rid of smoke, noise, water the track and keep the fans safe. Sitting in the stands will be like sitting in the theater with the action taking place below. |

I'd love to build a 1/2 mile red clay track. With the banking like
Eldora. I'd hire my friend Mick to prepare the track. His knowledge of preparing tacky tracks is incredible. Best Regards, John |
