2010 USAC Western Sprint Car Series runner-up Luis Ramos III has announced plans to run all six Thursday Night Thunder races at Lucas Oil Raceway along with the Little 500. Luis is 17 years old out of Clovis, Calif.
He is driving for Kaplan-Genusso Racing which is the same team that Ryan Kaplan drove to the USAC Western Sprint Car Series title in 2007.
