I hope someone takes over and keeps the Non-winged sprints. It is great to have something so close to me in Columbus.

Sad.............
They always had great car counts, and highly competitive races, but the only time they packed the stands were the Jack Hewitt Classic races. ![]() |

Thank you Dean for the effort! Waynesfield is an ideal little bull ring for the non wing sprint cars. I was really hoping Ohio fans would support non wing sprint cars every couple of weeks or so. The drivers were really improving their craft. I guess I will see all of my Buckeye friends in the Hoosier state.

oh no!
and they still had some good race dates left. it is so hard to get tracks to do october racing as it is. we all know it can work especially if you move up the start times. for example I miss the fall nationals they had at t. haute in the 90's Posted via Mobile Device ---------- Post added at 11:00 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:00 AM ---------- oh no!and they still had some good race dates left.it is so hard to get tracks to do october racing as it is. we all know it can work especially if you move up the start times.for example I miss the fall nationals they had at t. haute in the 90's Posted via Mobile Device Posted via Mobile Device |

Really sad to hear. I was looking forward to the rest of the season races there. I was planning on attending all of them. A great track and Dean did a great job in my opinion. Sorry to see it end this way.
