I am running on Fridays only due to work and am curious what track is better to run at with a Steel Block? Gas City or Bloomington? Most likely I am going to Gas City but didnt know what the racing world had to say about it? Open to any thoughts.. thanks for the input.

Go wherever you want to go; don't worry about what other's may say or think about your steel block.

Hey, you're racing! Either track will welcome you, and probably thank you for being there.....

WE ran a steel block two years at Gas City and had some good times, We love Bloomington but getting off at three in the afternoon plus the cost of gas keeps us close to home. Gas City is a half hour from home and the people treat us like gold there.

It matters where you live, and what time you can go to the track. If your leaving around 4 and are south of 465 on the northside , Boomington, traffic is almost impossible on 69 after 4. If you live on the northside Gas City. You really can't go wrong at either place.

It won't make any difference what track you run. Just do the math and run where your expences are the best served. You have to remember that both tracks have a good field of cars weekly and it is hard to make the feature at either track on a good night of racing.

Well, this is totally selfish answer because I go to Bloomington every week, but come to Bloomongton, it would be great to see a new driver.
