Usually we are running 1/4mile and 1/3 mile tracks, We are running a big 3/8 high banked track and I`m really kinda shooting in the dark about what to stick in the car. The track seems to be fairly smooth but can develop ruts on occasion, I`m running a 4 bar 88/40 car, any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Don't change anything, you want the car to be as consistent as possible. The car should roll out of the trailer every night with the same base set up on it. Change your gear, adjust stagger a little & go drive the **** out of it

I agree with sprintracer4, but if your are worried about the car being radical. We commonly start off at new tracks with a stiffer right rear shock setting and more left rear tie-down. Maybe a little less pop up in the front end shocks, that can help to keep the car mellow.
