Personally I am not too happy about this type of news, but good luck to Hornish in his new venture.

The sad thing is there will be more former Indy 500 winners in stock cars than in the race itself. I stopped being disappointed about it a long time ago. I wish them all luck and don't blame then for wanting to get paid. That

I hope all the foreign drivers go to nascar, maybe that would open the door for some of our local open wheel drivers!:nonwingfan: Nascar can kiss my :moon:

As long as you have engine leases, drivers who can bring little more than the $$$ and car owners who think the Star Mazda series is God's gift to natural driving ability you will never see another local open wheel driver at Indy, at least not in May.

You are right Gregg. Some people say Honda is only two or three years away from cup racing. I could see engine leases down the road, that will ruin the sport, I don't care what anyone says. In an effort to expand itself, NASCAR has really sold it's soul. I think it is only going to get worse.
