I would assume he would be since he is driving Kunz's car in the midget series this year

I just got an email from "J.J. Yeley News"...
JJ's own #1 Triple Crown Racing team will be heading to Pennsylvania for the annual sprint car swing with the United States Auto Club (USAC). This will be the first outing for the #1 TCR team powered by TOYOTA. TCR's driver will be Kevin Swindell. June 2nd : Bechtelsville, PA / Grandview Speedway..
