There will be racing at Vermilion County Speedway this Saturday night May 30th. The Turbines Inc. Sprint Cars will be back in action this week along with the Toyota of Danville Modifieds, Wright Motor Company Late Models, Spiker Excavating Street Stocks and Route 1 Auto Repair Pure Stocks. Each class has put on a very good show week in and week out. Come on out and see if Korey Weyant piloting a 360 can take the point lead and make a statement to the 410's that he is the one to watch or will now 15 year old Blake Nimee take his first checkered flag. It's anybody's guess, because you never know what might happen at the Vermilion County Speedway!

Not totally related but I just wanted to take a second and thank the guys at VCS. The track on Saturday night was the best of the year. Could not have asked for better. We are having a ball over there and hope to see more tracks like that. \
One question though, VCS is the first stop of Illinois sprint week on Tuesday night but then you have a regular sprint show scheduled against the Saturday night sprint week show at Lincoln?????? I don't get that. Maybe someone could explain it to me. No complaining here but just wondering why your scheduling a race against the sprint week you are a part of..
