USAC National Sprints at Tulare in November

Tulare, California hosting the USAC national sprints on November 14 and 15 replacing the original dates at the now closed Manzanita. Tried to copy the post but unfortunately I can't figure out how to do it any better than I can figure out women!!!! The post includes Kevin Miller's statement about the race...........scrafan.com message board
