I very much appreciate what this site has meant to racing info but the traffic, etc seems to be on the wain. Is it shutting down?

Clearly the frustrations of logging in, waiting multiple minutes to load, then making a post only to have the site time out and then your post not reply on a thread have gotten the best of many active users. I even offered to make a donation, and encouraged others to do the same, so we can get IOW updated, especially before sprint week. Time will tell. Clearly there's an issue with the IOW site. I'm not a computer expert but sure hope it gets fixed.

The site is super slow for me and the ads are really annoying. I like coming to this site but admit that these things also keep me away because it’s frustrating.

I was having all sorts of issues with IOW for a period of time. Took way too long to load, could not go past page 2 in multi-page posts. However, it took longer to type in indianiaopenwheel.com then it took for the page to pop up when I hit enter. Thanks, Mrs G or whoever took care of the issues. I am in Pennsylvania but I am USAC and non-wing centric. How ever as a Floracing subscriber, I am starting to enjoy the Lucas Oil Late Model series over the winged sprints, not completely there yet, but those drivers race hard. Thanks again for fixing the message board.

It would probably make more sense to start a closed Facebook group and move over to that platform instead. The load times on this site are ridiculous most of the time, so it deters people from browsing or being engaged in discussions.

A lot of people, including me, don't do Facebook.
