New law in Iowa taking affect July 1st protects race tracks

All states need this law.

Racetracks in Iowa just got a big win! (HF 645)

* No more noise complaints – If the track was there before you moved in, you can’t sue it for being loud.
* Covers the whole place – Not just the track, but the stands, garages, everything.
* It’s locked in – Takes effect July 1st and protects tracks for good.

Yeah my state sort of rules.

I think the horrible weather makes most of the weak-minded people leave and that ends up being a net positive for those of us who stay.
