This week our team is heading to the All Star Circuit of Champions “Indiana Invasion” Sprint Car races in the greater Indianapolis area. We do this annually to bring awareness around the topic of addiction and substance abuse and to raise funds to be donated to resources of our choosing. This is one of our largest impact events of the year, bringing community and resources to those affected by addiction. The generosity of others surrounding this event and others allows us to mindfully donate and award these funds to the organizations who really make a difference and bring hope to those lost or hopeless as they struggle with the disease of addiction or substance use disorder.

Why sprint car races?

The racing community has been near and dear to the hearts of the Rudeen family for as long as most can remember. This incredible community has been affected and hit hard by this disease. We go in honor of Rayce Rudeen and those who have been taken by addiction or substance abuse or who struggle to overcome it.

Together, we fight to end the problem before it becomes one, while is it one and throughout recovery.

Great weekend of winged racing in Indiana. My only concern could be car count for all nights but Kokomo. Got Woo at Attica and Sharon and FAST has 20k to win show in West Virginia on Saturday. My guess 24-28 cars at Circle City and Gas City and probably 30-35 Sunday at Kokomo. Saw Danny Dietrich is coming from PA for Kokomo, that should be interesting.

Whatever the car counts, they'll be much better than ASCS had last weekend in TN. Only 11! Ouch. DD certainly hasn't been running up to his standards lately so maybe the change of scenery will do him good. Speaking of car counts, Must See had 18 at Anderson, SC last Friday. Unfortunately alot of stuff got torn up and they only had 12 on Saturday.

Did they run out of money? Time? This place does not look ready for prime time.

Give it it a rest track is brand new. Nothing is even close to prefect the first time out. It takes time to perfect track pep at a dirt track especially a new track at that. Heck the clay was only laid down not that long ago maybe a month or so.
