Hello all. I picked up this hood to hang in my barn. Guy I got it from doesn’t know who it belonged to. Cool piece but can anyone identify the driver? I’m guessing 15-20 years old but not sure. Any help appreciated!

Midget? Looks like the same hood as our Buzzard.

I’m wondering. Opening on left side of the hood but not on the right.

Early ‘90’s. Midget version of a Gambler sprint car hood. I think they put those on various chassis including Canaday. Don’t recognize the paint scheme.

This is a Canaday midget with a left side cutout for a Cosworth or Fontana engine. Steve Knepper at Belleville High banks

I have no idea, but the Briscoes (grandfather and up) always ran #5. 5B? I don’t believe they ran many midgets, but maybe a Chili bowl entry. Just a guess.
