I'm going to agree. Track was about as smooth as I've ever seen it since becoming a dirt track. Decent night of racing and a huge crowd.. 25 / 26 ASCoC Sprints, 23 UMP Modifieds, & 12 Thunder Stocks. Other then one quick caution and the beginning of the race the Sprints went ALMOST caution free. Congrats to the 87 Aaron Reutzel on the win and he had some high praise for how good the track was. If Aaron had made a mistake Zearfoss would have won. Brock was on his butt most of the race.
GOOD SHOW. It wasn’t bad. I would have liked to seen more of a curb on the cushion but I can’t really complain. I do have a couple criticisms however. The qualifying session was brutal the way it was run. And the track rework was unnecessary as it went back to the same conditions within a few laps. After sitting through the Allstars debacle at RT 66 and the inefficiency of some of last nights program, one of my buds who’s a veteran fan said he’s done with the them. I’m not but sure looks like they could use a little help
