Belle-Clair Speedway located in Belleville, Illinois gets a new promoter for 2015
POWRi Owner Kenny Brown will be the new promoter and will have a formal press release and schedule announcement after the PRI Show.

2024 Season: Race 1 - April 20th Brownstown (Crate LM). Unlike many I don't discriminate on what racing I choose to watch.

He still head of POWRi as well.
