Someone please tell me why I continue to go to tracks that run 4 classes of cars on one of their biggest nights of the year when I know darn well that the track will not be touched all night long.

I try my best to support shows like this but it is getting difficult.

Never seen a 30 lap race on a bullring ,in my 40 years of attending races, where the leaders did not catch the back of the field in a follow the leader race. Unbelievable.

The heats were really good. Unfortunately when the track started to go away, it went quick. Big win for Brady Short and that team. Congrats! Fireworks were good. Glad the one mini sprint driver is ok after an almost head on hit into the wall in turn 4. The line to get in from the lower parking lot was way too long and I would have gotten popcorn or something but the food line was back up the hill to the bathrooms literally ALL NIGHT LONG. Oh well. Still an enjoyable night at the racetrack. 04ever!

This was my first trip to Bloomington Speedway. I was very excited, the facility is beautiful the track looked outstanding. I became concerned shortly after hot laps began when I started seeing dust kicked up. There were too many classes for a marquee race! I / we were very disappointed after driving 3 hours one way. And yes the food service was woefully inadequate! I'm going to give the facility one more chance, either for midget week, or Sprint week. I just hope they don't run for four classes at those events!

Moose, looks like right now on the card for midget week is;
USAC National Midgets
410 Sprints - Non-Winged
MMSA lightning sprints

July 28th for ISW;
USAC Sprints
IMCA RaceSaver Sprints

Give it another chance. Don’t think anyone has seen it that bad before. Now the concession stand will be up the hill to the bathrooms all night. Best bet is to bring some snacks, stop at a Subway, or pick up a pizza and bring it in. Good to see you again and that crazy sidekick of yours as always

I was at the track about 10 years ago when the same thing happened. Great heats but follow the leader huggy pole with no passing like a freight train. It was really weird.
