Never heard of the world famous track or, the legendary drivers (Kennedys) but, that is fast for a 3/10 mile!!.........BTW Where is River Cities located?

Tommy is the son of former WoO Driver Lou Kennedy, Jr. of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

River Cities Speedway is in Grand Forks, North Dakota and is promoted by Don Mack, a fairly well known ex-driver.

there's a 3/8ths circular shaped highbanked track in s. e. ohio where the winged sprinters run sub 10 second laps, its not far from Athens, I'm thinkin it might be called skyline, its been a good while since I've been there
