Where can I get titanium rotors recoated?

Scott Benic always has used Ti rotors for sale that have been recoated. He would be the one I would call to find out where you could get this done. I contact him through his Benic Shocks (Benic Enterprises) FaceBook page.

Me thinks Brad Benic is Momentum and Scott Benic is Benic Enterprises.

Can somebody explain what recoating a Titanium Rotor would do?
