I remember Lil' Joe driving Tipp Machine and Tool's #70, but I didn't remember/know that they also had a #71.
Malcolm did work for a machine shop in Springfield Oh. so I'm pretty sure it was him.

Malcolm is alive and well and does live in Springfield,Oh Together we owned a mini stock we raced locally and then moved in to the ARCA pro-4 series which is what you seen him driving at winchester. Tha was back in 91-92.
