We don't post much but this is worth it.

Paragon Speedway watered the heck out of the track. It made for a long night and some lengthy cleaning on Sunday. But this is not a complaint.

Great racing. No tire wear. Good Car Count. $2K to win. Also for fan appreciation, where the fans got to come down on the track for a meet and greet was great. They were all very happy. We gave out plenty of fan cards.

Please Paragon Speedway if you're reading this, keep watering the track like that. If it's over watered, please ask the other classes to help run it in to keep the show moving.

Thanks,
JJ Hughes Racing

I have to agree with JJ on this one, while it made for a long night it turned out to be a great track in the end. For new track owners you are doing a great job and learning on the fly, thanking drivers and asking for their input means a lot. Thank you for stepping up and keeping Paragon Speedway racing....

I have personally never seen Sprint Cars go that fast at Paragon, gone was the blue groove follow the leader around the bottom snail race. Swanson, Hugh’s and Rodger were throwing it in harder than I’ve ever witnessed there in years.

Sounds like a great night of wingless racing! Thank you for starting this conversation.

You want to reduce tire wear -- Water the track.

You want to reduce the slide job dive bombing? -- Water the track.

You want to see two groove racing? -- Water the track.

Sprint and midget racing doesn't have to be a reenactment of the dust bowl.

Good for Paragon!

My brother and I both said this was the fastest Paragon track I think either one of us have raced on...

Sounds like these folks might be listening to the fans AND the participants, someone might be listening, bring back some of the old days, when racing didn't break the bank, and the folks had fun, congratulations on your decision, and good luck to all!

Well to be fair, they are new and didn't have a contract to begin with and at this time was the smart move with all the shortages and price increases. Teams with AR and Goodyears in the garage can mount em and run em. Even seen where Austrailia is making their own brand now currently just have steer tires but rears are on the way.
