Possible ASQ sighting in Aurora.
I made it there and ran into the Racing Family minus Rick, who apparently has to get up at 1am to make it to work by 7am. That was the word on the street anyway.

I heard Rick only has Robert Ballou shirts and was afraid to go the the races wearing one. Figured people would be throwing rocks or beer cans at him. If they were Coors light cans,he would have been ok with it.....

Driving a Ford makes the drive even longer. Have fun and enjoy all great things we love. Happy Groundhog Day as the racing families are still celebrating that . Go blue in 22 continues tonight 💙. No Kodak moments with me tonight.Lmao. Thanks 👏

We had to talk about you tonight,Rick, which provided plenty of laughs.

P.S. I got a hug from Racinbabe and saw Mudpacker and had a chat with them for a few minutes tonight as well......

I just saw that the feature is rained out and the program is considered complete. Sure glad I didn’t drive over there.

R.I.P Ray Chalkie. Former Flagman at Burg and other places, Also ran the original Beach races at Daytona. And great person. If there's someone who didn't like him. I've not met them

Not sure what they could have done differently. They were trying to run the show at break neck speed. Even if they did away with the heat race winner interviews, don’t think they would have made it. We don’t have a crystal ball either, there could have been nasty crash early that could have took time to clean up. You just can’t predict that they would have gotten the race in. Thought they did best they could.
