Would be different if it was the exception vs the norm. Lots of people setting around me said they will only be back for USAC.

It was the first race of the season, with a nice car count and fireworks. I was just thankful to be back at the racetrack!

This is not the norm as you say ,most nights are ran off pretty quickly, but since tonight was opening night , everyone had to fill out paperwork for tax purposes,and also get payoff card which is time consuming,for as many cars that were here, pius ya got to see fireworks

Watching Cockrum come from deep in the field to finish second was worth the wait!!!
