Noticed that Eldora is running multiple advertisements an hour for the races this weekend on the Indianapolis sports talk station. Good old fashioned promotion.

Eldora has considerably deeper pockets than most tracks. Brady Bacon told me he considered radio ads but it would eat up far too much of what he allotted for advertising and doubted the ROI was worth it

Sounds like something Gappens would do. That is one of the reasons Gas City came back so strong after being closed for years. Constant promotion on Facebook, local radio station, sometimes a tv ad.
