Dad is out of surgery. Doctor said everything went as planned. He is still trying to wake up but for what he just went through he looked pretty good. Thanks to the IOW family for all the prayers and thoughts to help us get through this.

I was looking forward to working Winchester with Danny in a few weeks during Old Timers' Weekend. But like those guys say, 'ya gotta keep the equipment tuned up to stick around.' Hope you have the system tweaked for peak performance for years to come!
Dad got to go home today. He was up and walking around by Friday and he was bound and determined to get home by today and he did it. Now he is home and taking it easy and letting the healing process work. Thanks for every ones thoughts and prayers.

For some reason, I know that "bound and determined to get" out of a hospital part very well! Home sweet home!
