Stumbled upon this mention in the Daughtery Speedway thread. Not much being said from the folks at 411.

The news is a familiar news to dirt racing fans in east Tennessee. Another racetrack will be sold and will no longer host racing. Multiple sources have told Inside Dirt Racing that 411 Motor Speedway will be sold to a business that deals in salvaged vehicles. The McCarter family is expected to finalize the sale in March. Neither party offered a comment.

I did happen to visit this place earlier this year....spring, day race....Interesting track....opposite of Lincoln in PA....uphill going into Turn 3, downhill going into 1....packed house and some good racing....sad to see it going away.
