For someone that knows absolutely nothing about setups, what are the basic changes a team will do when the driver complains of being tight in the corners? I’m more interested in wing setup, but not sure if this change would be universal for wing and non-wing. Thanks!

Here are a few ways on a wing car

Stick the right rear our further or change to a different offset right rear wheel.
Change or adjust shocks to tie down left rear more or stiffen right rear.
Tie down left front shock or easy up right front shock.
Put a smaller left rear tire on for more stagger.
Soften left front torsion bar with either a smaller bar or take turns out of current bar.
Add weight to right rear bar will help turn in better but will make it tight coming off corner.

Many other things that can be done.

Find a purpose in life ..... Be a bad example

The easiest way to loosen up a wing car is with Stagger. The driver will feel the difference right away. There are different types of "tight", but shoot me a text or call, I can help you more from there.
