This is a picture of Dwight that was sent to me by his brother Russ... For those of you that never met Dwight... He is the one with the Mopar Thunder Shirt on... Russ is pictured next to him.

Dwight told me he was searching the Williams Grove Speedway message board, where there is a thread with some old Sprint photos. He found that photo that was taken at a URC race, with him in the photo working as an Official.

Being Dwight’s brother, I can’t express myself enough to all of you for all the kind words of support to our family. It’s very comforting to know that he had a world wide band of racing friends…. As that is what he has always lived for and enjoyed the most. As someone stated here in their post, Dwight’s got a front and center seat to the Heaven 500.

like everone else i'm very saddened to here this new's, i never met him but he alway's was a voice of reason.ive been gone racing since thursday and just got on line to find out ,but i think Dwight would say i have a good exscuse for not knowing and understand.

This is indeed very sad news. It is obvious that he will be missed by many. Thoughts and prayers to his friends and family.

Thank you for sharing the photo’s, like many have said this place will not be the same as I for one have learned many open wheel facts from Dwight’s posts. RIP Dwight.
