This is from a text I got. I'm sure that the person I got this from was rushing out of the track so don't expect it to be perfect. I can't put all the names with the drivers but since usac.com hasn't put the results up yet I guess we will just need to settle for these.

Pretty good race. Great nights by Weir and Fitzpatrick who amazingly enough is 5th in Sprintweek points after 2 races and is going to a track that he has done well at this year. In the races i've seen so far this year Blake Fitzpatrick is the most improved driver. Nice to see a couple of "local" cars & drivers get top 5's against the USAC regulars.

Provisional Starters

The provisional starter program will be in effect for this series. TWO (2)
provisionals per event will be awarded to National Series Entrants who are
in the Top 20 in the 2009 season entrant point standings, if eligible.

The two highest ranking USAC/CRA Sprint Car Drivers who are in the top
20 in USAC/CRA Driver Points as of July 8, 2009 will be offered a provisional
starting position behind the USAC National Cars. There will be a
limit of 2 provisionals per Driver for Indiana Sprint Week.

Yes, but the top 20 in Entrant points are eligible for a maximum of four provisional starts per season. That's two...
