I think it was a better crowd . First time was dam near desolate . Still can't believe the difference between crowds at du quoin and Springfield .

When you publicly write about a boring race it certainly isn't going to help the crowd situation for next year. DuQuoin was good because of the track condition. Then, they go and steam roll Springfield and ruin it. There was a ton of moisture in the dirt but Track Enterprises once again worked their magic. Regardless, I'll go back to see them run there. Not every race is going to be the best you've ever seen. Plus, as stated, it's surrounded by good midget racing.

True race fans know that not every race is the best one you've ever seen. Day races in general are not gd races . That being said I do not see myself missing Springfield ...EVER. A bad day at the races is better than 3 mins with my ex wife . Fill in ur own blank.
